Ventamatic Celebrates its 75th Anniversary

 

Mineral Wells, Texas-  Ventamatic, LTD. kicks off its 75th Anniversary Celebration with its Celebration Ribbon Cutting with the Mineral Wells Chamber of Commerce.  The formal ribbon cutting ceremony will be at the company’s 537 Grant Road Location in Mineral Wells on Tuesday September 26 at 12:00 PM.

The company was originally founded in Dallas, Texas in 1948 as Butler Engineering.  The company moved to Mineral Wells in 1953 and occupied buildings on the former Fort Wolters Military base and expanded its home operations there throughout the last 6 decades. Currently it operates from multiple campuses in Mineral Wells.

 

The company today operates multiple facilities in North America including plants in Mineral Wells and Juarez, Mexico.  Ventamatic sells Ventilation products internationally under the name brands MaxxAir, Cool Attic, NuVent and the Qufresh brand names . Ventamatic sells its products through  various types of retailers , HVAC , roofing and electrical distributors.

The company has been privately owned by the Siegel family since the early 1950’s and is currently operated by Chief Executive Officer Terry Siegel, representing the second generation of Siegel’s within the company.   The company was the vision of Martin Siegel, Terry’s father who originally acquired the company to make Range Hoods to accompany their Kitchen Cabinet business within the family’s other business’.
