DESCRIPTION:

Our Maxx Air 1,300 CFM Gable Attic Fan is built to ventilate residential attic spaces up to 1,850 sq. ft. and is a great fit for situations in which roof-mounting is impractical. Constructed using a durable galvanized steel shroud and blades to resist heat distortion, and paired with a mounting system engineered to minimize vibration and ensure quiet operation. Install is straightforward with our easy to use mounting brackets and requires no special tools to complete. Our gable vent includes a pre-wired thermostat to run the exhaust fan only when you need it, minimizing it's operational cost. This electric fan is designed to prolong the life of composition roof shingles by lowering summer attic temperatures and helps to protect attic insulation against mold and mildew in the winter by removing moisture-filled air. Install behind existing louvers or purchase our shutter model (CX2121AM), and swap your pre-wired thermostat for a thermostat/humidistat combo (XXDUOSTAT) for greater control.

ENERGY SAVING DESIGN

An attic fan running all day can quickly eat into your pocketbook, which is why all electric Maxx Air gable fans have a pre-wired thermostat to give you control over when your fan runs.

Easy Install Brackets

You don't have to be a professional to get your fan install started. Our line of gable fans include 4 brackets that fasten to the housing for easy and secure mounting in your attic space. The bracket system also ensures your fan operates quietly and reduces vibration, keeping your home space below it noise-free.

Offers Year-Round Home Benefits

Creating a balanced attic ventilation system is necessary for the overall health of any home. When your attic space is properly ventilated, your air conditioner runs less in the summer, your roof shingles last longer, and your attic insulation is further protected from mold and mildew. A Maxx Air gable fan is one component that can help you reach this goal.
