This motor model includes a pre-wired 6 ft. power cord, is for indoor use only, and can be installed in place of your current motor using common household tools. Features 3 speeds with a pull chain to achieve your perfect ventilation setting. Fans made pre-July 2017 will need both this motor and blade assembly XXM30PW to restore normal operation.

For use only with Maxx Air 30 in. pedestal and wall mount fans. This motor is compatible with fan models HVPF 30, HVPF 30 UPS, and HVWM 30 manufactured after July 2017.
