DESCRIPTION:
This motor kit includes the motor bracket, permanently lubricated ball bearing plug-in motor, and a polymeric, forward curved blower wheel with hardware for install. Our motor kits are interchangeable for our MS series bath fans, making a change or an upgrade to a 50, 70 or 90 CFM model easy.

For use only with our ceiling exhaust bathroom fans. This motor kit is compatible with fan models NXMS50/70/90, NXMS50/70/90B, NXMS50/70/90L, NXMS50/70/90LB, NXMR50/70/90, NXMR50/70/90B,NXMR50/70/90L, NXMR50/70/90LB, and NXMD501/701/901 series.
