Rooted in history, the Baker Hotel was completed in 1929 and managed to grow in popularity despite the stock market crash and resulting economic downturn. Known for it's luxurious amenities and local mineral water, famous guests including the likes of Clark Gable, Judy Garland, and President Ronald Regan made their way to Mineral Wells, Texas to experience everything the Baker and it's city had to offer.
Shuttered in 1972, the once grand hotel sat empty and in disrepair until renovation efforts began in 2019 to restore the "Grand Old Lady of Mineral Wells" back to it's former glory as The Baker Hotel & Spa.
With development well underway, Maxx Air has provided the Baker restoration team with drum and pedestal fans--as well as our new air purifier unit!--to ensure they stay healthy, cool, and comfortable during construction.
